CANCELLATION POLICY
• 50% fee for same-day cancellations (more than 6 hours’ notice).
• 100% fee for cancellations with less than 6 hours’ notice or failure to attend.
• Clients who do not contact us and miss their appointment will be marked as a No Show and charged the full treatment cost.
• Cancellation fees will be invoiced by email and must be paid within 7 days (or by phone).
• No fee will apply if we can fill your appointment slot.
• You are welcome to send a friend to take your appointment to avoid fees.
MASSAGE SATISFACTION (REFUND) POLICY
Your satisfaction is important to us. If within the first 10 minutes you are not happy with your massage, you may request a different therapist or a full refund.
Please note: No refunds are available after the first 10 minutes.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Arriving late may shorten your treatment time or result in loss of the appointment. No refunds will be given.
