Serenity Massage and Spa β Gift Card Terms
Gift cards purchased from Serenity Massage and Spa are subject to the following terms and conditions:
π Validity:
Full-price gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Special promotion or discounted gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue unless otherwise stated on the card.
π³ Online Gift Cards:
Gift cards purchased online through Square (a third-party platform) are automatically valid for 3 years from the purchase date.
π« Non-refundable:
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
π§ Usage:
Gift cards can be used for any services or retail products at Serenity Massage and Spa.
β οΈ Lost or Stolen Cards:
Serenity Massage and Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards, and replacements will not be issued.
